My experience spans digital experience analytics, banking, retail, automotive and technology services across France, the Middle East and India.
I believe governance is a lever for value—not a defensive documentation exercise. I translate technical issues into clear business choices, helping leaders prioritize investment while enabling teams to work with data confidently.
Today, I am extending that foundation toward Generative AI and agentic-system governance, from data contracts and policy automation to EU AI Act readiness.
